Requirements

The health and safety of the pets in our care is our number one priority. Knowing the dietary needs, exercise restrictions or required medications for our guests helps us provide the best experience

Vaccinations

Vaccinations must be administered at least 72  hours prior to arrival under the guidance of a licensed veterinarian. However, we prefer vaccinations be administered 10-14 days before check-in to ensure maximum efficiency.

Required Vaccines:   

FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus & Panleukopenia) 

Rabies 

Feline line Leukemia

Please note that many veterinarians administer this vaccine only by requirement

Additional  boarding requirements:

All guests must be at least 4 months of age to be admitted for service. At the discretion of GreenHaven Cat Hotel , some pets may not be permitted. We require that the Pet Parent or Agent dropping off the pet(s) for services is an adult, over the age of 18.

Fleas & Ticks: all pets should be flea and tick free. Guests with signs of fleas and/or ticks will not be permitted to check-in .

Food: To keep your cat's tummy happy, we recommend you bring their own food . If you’d like us to feed them our preferred brand of in-house food, additional fees apply.

Medication: if there are any medication, vitamins or supplements your pet needs to take during their stay. Call ahead to make sure we accept the medication being administered. We do not administer injections.
All medication must be in its original packaging and clearly labeled with the type of medication and dosage. Over the counter medications can only be accepted when accompanied by a veterinarian’s dosage recommendation.
