What is need it before I arrive?
- Confirmed reservation
- Proof of current vaccinations: FVRCP, Rabies and Feline Leukemia (for the safety of all our guest, no cat will be admitted without proof of current vaccinations)
- Flea meds: We also require that your kitty is flea-free when they arrive at GreenHaven Cta Hotel. To help ensure this, kitty must currently be on a topical flea treatment (Advantage, Frontline, Bravecto to name a few vet recommended ones) is good through his stay at GreenHaven Cat Hotel. If you kitty is not currently on a flea med, we will apply one at Club Cat for a fee .
Note: We DO perform checks for fleas upon arrival and if there is any evidence of fleas present, unfortunately we CANNOT let kitty stay. This is for the health and safety of all our kitty cat guests. We highly recommend you check kitty thoroughly for fleas prior to check-in day to prevent any last-minute inconveniences that may impact your travel given our strict policy. Even if your kitty is indoor-only, they can still contract fleas. This PetMD article discusses a few of the common ways.
Favorited belongings : Bring your feline companion favorites belongings (blanket, bet, toys...)
- Food: Please bring enough food for your kitty cat to be fed twice per day for the duration of his stay. Eating his own food is the ideal scenario for his belly and his stress levels. If you forget your food, we will provide our house blend for an additional fee.
- Medications : vitamins or supplements your pet needs to take during their stay. Call ahead to make sure we accept the medication being administered.
All medication must be in its original packaging and clearly labeled with the type of medication and dosage. Over the counter medications can only be accepted when accompanied by a veterinarian’s dosage recommendation.
Should I bring my cat's litter, liter box, or food bowls?
We provide the cat litter, litter box, and all feeding bowls.
Can I come see GreenHaven Cat Hotel before I book a reservation?
Absolutely! We encourage potential clients to visit and tour our facilities. This allows you to see our serene environment and speak with our staff, ensuring peace of mind before entrusting us with your beloved feline.
How big are the suites there?
All our suites are 3,5ft width x 5 feet deep x 8 feet tall, for your cat enjoy plenty of room and tranquility. You can see the pictures of the rooms on our gallery page.
What Amenities Are Available?
Our cat hotel offers a variety of amenities including spacious private suites, calming therapy, music, vertical spaces, plenty of play time, room services, plenty of cuddling, treats if approved by the owner . We ensure that each cat has a comfortable and stimulating environment, allowing them to relax and enjoy their stay in peace.
How Are Cats Cared For?
Our trained staff provides personalized care tailored to each cat's needs. We focus on creating a safe, clean, and comfortable atmosphere, ensuring that your cat receives the gentle attention they deserve while enjoying their time at our hotel.
Can I drop off/pickup my cat anytime?
In order to avoid having more than one guest arrive at the same time and wait to be attended, we kindly ask our clients to inform us of their estimated arrival time. This will allow us to offer the best possible service to each customer.
